Sodexo’s Healthy From Within: An Intuitive Eating Series for Women class series focuses on a non-diet approach to nutrition and meets each participant where they are on their wellness journey.

​This 4 class series will allow you to look within to improve your relationship with food by honoring your hunger cues and developing mindfulness with real food. Each class is 1 hour.

Week 1: Creating the Foundation

Welcome! You will meet Sodexo’s support team and start to forge your individual path to eating intuitively. You’ll assess your starting point and learn about your individual goals. We’ll then dive into the Intuitive Eating Principles and discuss leaving the diet mentality behind.
Our guest speaker will introduce the App that will be used throughout the series for support. 

Week 2: The Food-Mood Connection

Do life’s pressure’s overflow into your self-care routine and food choices? Learn about the mind-body connection and how our food choices & behaviors can affect our mood. We’ll discuss the requested topic of nutrition & inflammation and set foundational skills such as managing stress and your thoughts.

Week 3: Meal Planning, Healthy Choices, and Hydration

Nurture the valuable skill of meal planning and how it fits into your life with a true expert. A registered dietitian will share her passion for supporting your nutrition goals and foster your skills to prep delicious foods! 

Week 4: Be Gentle, Honor your Health

Where to go next? Utilize the new tools learned in this series for lasting changes in your thoughts, behaviors, and improved relationship with food. We will discuss common obstacles that may arise and how to address them for lasting change.
