Meet the Denver Wellness and Nutrition Team
At Denver Wellness and Nutrition, our objective is to help our clients reach their optimal health. Our Registered Dietitians are highly trained with extensive educational degrees, ensuring specific and thorough knowledge. Registered Dietitians have more clinical training hours than others in the field, which guarantees a more complete understanding of each individual patient's needs. Our wellness and nutrition team members are partners in our client's health, focusing on individualized care; no two patients are the same, and it is our job to provide our clients with the precise care that they need. It is our goal to have every client living his or her best nutritional life in less time, improving their overall quality of life. At Denver Wellness and Nutrition, we navigate the nutritional maze for our clients; we are physician approved and recommended, and are knowledgeable on insurance. Additionally, we are entirely accessible to our clients; with online scheduling, convenient appointment times - in person or on the phone - our team is ready to guide, support, and educate our clients to help them build the foundation of a lifetime of optimal health.

 Jessica Crandall, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator
Wellness Center Director
Jessica Crandall earned her Bachelor's degree at Colorado State University and completed her postgraduate work in Oneonta, New York with rotations at Rose Medical Center, through which she is accredited by the American Dietetics Association. As a Registered Dietitian, Jessica specializes in nutritional counseling in weight management, bariatric education, cardiac diet modification, renal diet guidance, celiac disease, diabetes nutrition counseling, oncology, and also works with children with feeding with special nutritional needs. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Aerobics Instructor. Jessica is the national American Dietetics Association spokesperson.

 Amanda Hermann, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator
Amanda Hermann earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences-Medical Dietetics at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed her accredited internship through a coordinated program in dietetics with the University of Missouri. As a Registered Dietitian, Amanda has worked in acute-care, rehabilitation, mental-health and outpatient nutrition and wellness. She specializes in weight management, diabetes self-management control, cardiovascular disease, mental diseases, oncology and other areas of nutrition-related disease prevention and health. Amanda is a current board member for the Colorado Dietetic Association for Membership Benefits as well as a member of the Denver Dietetic Association and the American Dietetic Association. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator.

 Hilary Rounds, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator
Hilary Rounds earned her bachelor's degree at Colorado State University and completed her post-graduate work through the VA Healthcare System in San Diego, California. Hilary is accredited by the American Dietetics Association for Nutrition
Counseling and Education, as well as through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for Personal Training. Hilary has also done consulting and assessment work in nutrition and exercise. As a Registered Dietitian, Hilary specializes in health coaching and outpatient issues including bariatrics, weight management, and diabetes. She is a certified diabetes educator.

 Angela Mariotti, Registered Dietitian
Angela Mariotti earned her Bachelors degree in Dietetics at Kansas State University. She completed her accredited internship through a coordinated program in dietetics with Kansas State University. As a Registered Dietitian, Angela has worked in community nutrition and acute-care nutrition. She specializes in weight management, cardiac health, bariatric, gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes self management, disease prevention and lifestyle changes. Angela is a current board member for the Colorado Dietetic Association for Public Relations and Marketing. She is also a member of the Denver Dietetic Association and the American Dietetic Association.

 Sara Suardini, Registered Dietitian, Master of Science
Sara Suardini completed her nutritional education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and went on to complete her Masters degree in Health Psychology. Sara completed her Dietetic internship through Sodexo Distant Learning Dietetic Internship, accredited by the American Dietetics Associations. As a Registered Dietitian, Sara specializes in working with weight loss and management, bariatric patients, eating disorders, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes. Sara provides her clients with nutritional counseling and education focusing on lifestyle and behavioral changes that are necessary for success.
